This is not a food blog. But as a real mom with four kids and a hectic schedule, I wanted to share recipes I’ve discovered or created that aren’t too complicated, don’t take 4 hours of meticulous preparation, and are kid-friendly enough that at least 3/4 of my kids will eat them.

Plus I like to take pretty pictures of food, and this seemed like a better place to share them than in weekly status updates on my Facebook page.
